Actually, I only see one issue with this: Your gun appears to be using 4poly bullets; which were banned for the entirety of the time that base was open. I really fail to understand your complaint; as that spread is what one would expect when fighting a minigun at roughly 3/4 sim distance.

@VoidArun Minigun? I recall the person that was shooting at me was using an assault rifle. Also, it said absolutely nothing about "4poly" bullets being banned from the sim in the rules, which I did actually read before engaging.
