Kumiko Funayama (舟山久美子) Inspired Makeup Tutorial

Hello everyone~
This is my inspired makeup from the recent Popteen magazine which featured Kumiko Funayama on their front cover. :) The colour blue seems to be "in" at the moment since it is summer over the other side of Australia. I thought I'd recreate this look since it's something different and I'm missing out on summer hehehe. Please note that this is my way of doing my makeup. I am not a professional, so please don't mind the newbieness.
