Helmet Man!

His origins begin when he worked in a Nuclear powerplant.
One day, there was a core meltdown. Unfortunately, he was trapped inside the decaying building.
He survived due to his Radiation Helmet; But, it was genetically fused to his skull, bestowing him with Godlike abilities. Such as being able to take a keyboard to the head.
