While 20% of this footage was shot elsewhere, perhaps the toughest place on Earth to land an aircraft is Wellington, New Zealand because of its notorious crosswinds. Don't try this in a Cessna 172!

I actually HAVE landed a Cessna 172 in Wellington Airport, crosswinds scared the shit out of me haha. In fact, some guy was flying a kite on the shore right by the airport in restricted airspace, actually help up our plane AND a 737 until he got arrested... So kiwi!

REminded me of many flights with my brother, in a 172..... I remember a Thunder Bay landing that looked just like these. ANd the tower actually asked, "was that a landing or a crash?" Very windy day. My second flight in a small plane.

@KVideosProduction Because my parents hated me the moment I was born. I'm quite ugly. But seriously it's because I fly Cessna aircraft and "Cessna 7035 Quebec" was the call sign of a plane I flew quite often a few years ago.
