yes but the 360 is above the PS3 which isn't dominating the market, and besides the wii have sold tons more than either even though I like my 360 better than anything

Apple will probably buy Twitter, but don't need it.
Apple will try to get their hands on dev's that add a great value to Apple.
If you play like EA games on your iPhone (sims3 for example) you notice that it is a bout the only developer with good quality, but since EA doesn't have their main focus on Apple products, but PC games, Apple will probably not be interested in buying it, (maybe a branch though).
For twitter...well its not worth 250$ million, won't be for the profit when they buy it.

The only reason Apple would probably buy Xbox is to kill off the product and make an 'iBox' if you would.
