Riding with some guys I met on deals gap. The bike in front of me is a honda vfr at first and then a gsxr 1000

  • @jwhenry40 - Thanks for the comment! Yeah, it's easy to think that I cut him off as I didn't give a back round on the conversation I had with that guy I "cutoff". He told me that he had'nt ridden in 5+ years, so to pass him at my earliest chance.

    Regarding my ability, yeah, I'm terrible! I know it and most everyone watching these videos should as well. It's just fun and I try not to jeopardize any one else's life while I'm having my fun. I appreciate the comments, you're pretty much spot on!

    Yeah, the guy on the honda was back on a bike for the first time in 5 years...he wasnt wanting to go fast at ALL!!!

  • I think you're riding too close to the limits of your abilities; your safety margin is too small. In some corners you exit too wide

    and in others you cut too much to the inside. I recommend you go to a track day

    if you want to ride fast. But I must say, in the past I did some dangerous riding myself too ;-).

  • Yeah, a friend of mine said the best thing you can do to make your bike go faster is to do a track day. It's better than any performance mod. Track days are expensive so I just read twist of the wrist and try to apply what Ive learned when I ride 129. Thanks for the critical comments! ride safe man

  • You need to be in a higher gear. With those RPMs that high the throttle becomes very touchy. Ride in third; even fourth if you need to till you get more comfortable, the bike will do better through those turns. Also, you have to come in wider through those turns, makes it easier to see through the turn and if that turn is sharper than you thought, you will have more maneuver room to work with. Right now you are hugging that inside line, you have no "mistake room" in case you need it. Stay safe.

    oh that makes sense lol... I'm no expert, just been riding for a couple seasons, but omg his leaning was all over the place...

    thanks! i'll try to find it! i just bought a suction mount for the gas tank today, and i have to admit i really hate it... vibrates like mad and you cant hear me talking at all unless i'm at a dead stop

  • at 6:58 you can tell his helmet camera was over the ditch....but his bike was not even close to going in..
