Hi Summyr1988!!!! Ur hair has really grown. I've been natural for 3 yrs but my hair is still only shoulder length :-( So I decided to challenge myself and do all protective styles for the winter. Hopefully by spring, my hair will be alot longer. Thanx 4 the videos. keep them coming.

Your hair has grown so much from when I first startng watching you. When did you do the big chop or go natural? I see videos back to 2009 ( I think). Curious....Was your hair ever as long as it is now while you had relaxed hair? Hope to hear from you. You inspire me.

@LuvsHairAlot2011 I did my BC 12/28/08. I just had my 3rd nappiversary. I've always had long hair, but I think it is currently longer than it's ever been. I'm really close to waist length.

hi Summyr1988!!! your hair is sooo beautiful!! first off i wanted to say i have been watching your videos and i wanted to ask you for some advice.Sooo i have been transitioning for 9 months now and i am really fed up that i really want to cut all my relaxed hair off so bad but my mom doesn't want me to...HELP WHAT DO I DO? btw i saw your video about don't be afraid of doing the big chop. pls pls reaply

@TheRealMeDoingMe Thank you!! Do what you feel is right for you. My family hated my hair at first. I didn't care I loved my TWA. I did my BC at the Wal-Mart. I'm here for you Hun, but I'm not sure what you need from me. Just do you. Your mom will come around eventually. My family loves my hair now that it is longer. SMH
