Casper is a 9-week old rescued Turkish street cat, and is shown here in the Premier CWMK harness. Casper demonstrates the harness on a trip to Buyukada, an island off the coast of Istanbul.
That's Allison Krauss and Union Station, "Rain Please Go Away" from the album "Lonely Runs Both Ways." I'm not normally a country fan, but somebody gave me the CD and I love that particular song. A nice jaunty tune for a kitty walk. :-)
I don't think starting as a kitten helped. He walked great from about 7-10 weeks (as shown here). After that, he balked, freaked out, panicked, tried to hide under bushes, and reacted to every sound. I spent about a year trying to lure with food (too stressed to eat outdoors), and finally just GENTLY "dragging" him around the block once a day in hopes he'd get used to it. He finally did, and since about 18 mos., I can take him on known, local walks and he walks as in the video.
That looks cool. I wish Misa was a kitten. They seem to be a lot easier on the harness than adult cats. My cat is starting to get use to her, but she is having a big problem of outside.

Great! I have some recommendations, which I'll put in the next comment.
