It looks like a snake when it opens it mouth.

In the thumbnail for this video, that thing looks like an alligator or some shit.

Very little bite huh? Let me see you put your fingers into his mouth with those sharp needle like teeth and we'll see if he doesn't bite you. LOL
-
it looks like a doberman
-
He likes it when you pet him ^_^

Opossums are cool. They have alot of evolutionary remnants from their reptile ancestors.

I've always thought that they were kind of cute, but it looks like they can be viscous. A couple of mornings ago I saw one in my yard, I tried to call it to me because I was going to give it some food, but it took flight when I got to close.

He looks sweet when you pet his head...I would have one if my dog wasn't a possum killer:(

No, four-eyed possums just have markings that make it look like they are watching you. I am sure this gives them an edge in the wild.

Looks like he only half means it when he hisses. Has he ever bitten anyone?.

Neither possum have ever bit me. Phil died last year and his necropsy revealed that he had all sorts of cancers spreading through his body and it finally destroyed his lungs. So I imagine that he was in pain and was generally a grumpy sort of fella. I wish that animals could tell us if they are in pain. He came to me from a really nasty environment, so there is no telling what got him in a sickly way.

All that bluff gets annoying after a while.

That's what possums do. Same for Virginia opossums. If you can get past their gaping mouth, they are easy to handle, even wild. The unfortunate thing is that they have humongous jaw muscles so a bad bite from one would be extremely memorable. And their jaws are very thin and fragile so it is very possible that a possum could gravely injure itself in defense. Such a sad thing. So when in captivity, it';s best just to leave them alone and give it time. They really do not make great pets anyway
