  • Homage - 20th of November 1925 was born MAYA PLISETSKAYA, The Greatest Prima Ballerina

  • georgeous!! As always, she must have danced for hours every day of her life. To still be performing at 50 and at 61 is alchmost unheard of. I know I didn't make it much past my twenties. But although I touroughly enjoyed it and loved the music. I guess I let life take me down another path. I do however play this on the piano nearly every day. What memories! She is truly one of a kind and dancing was definately her life for years and years.

  • Cuánta Belleza... Me ha hechizado. ¡Sublime!

  • @cocobunny2121 her arms are suppose to be the wings of a swan, they are suppose to look like that, us dancers don't have "seisures" we have wingss :)

  • @bookkeeper57 Sorry to have to correct you, in ballet this is called a “variation". Cheerleaders and marching bands have routines, ballet dancers have “variations” or if you want a word that’s more informal, solos or pas de deux/trois/quatre, etc.

  • @gee12 : thank you for the information :)
