On Sunday, October 21, extreme Santa Ana winds fueled two fires on Santa Clarita's periphery. By 2 p.m., the sky turned orange as dense clouds of smoke fell over the Santa Clarita Valley.

there was a fire in 2007 oct. this is how the sky look like for three weeks. where i live was even orange and darker.
