  • I did it in an F-111F. An incentive ride for winning Load Crew of the Year competion in the USAF. That was back in 1991. I think about it constantly, to this day.

  • I love this kid!!! I've had similar moments with my daughter. What a gift for both father and daughter!! Way ta go, dad!!

  • my dad did the same thing with me when I was young. We went up in a Stearman. I will never forget it.

  • What about the father/daughter lunch at Catalina?

  • Hi dad, can you please adopt me (37 yo m)?

  • Katie did fly with me all the time when she was a little kid. I would put two cushions in the front of a T-34 and we flew quite often. She loved to fly and her favorite saying was "I have the aircraft." Then a couple of my friends died in separate crashes, including a T-34 losing a wing. My family asked that I not fly because they felt it was too dangerous. so I stopped flying until Christmas 3 years ago when my gift from my girls was to have their blessing to fly again.

  • Wow. Now I feel the same way. Thank You!
