Homemade Muffler and Magnaflow at the end on an RX-7 exhaust

This is to show the sound difference in my new muffler that I made at home. You can tell its alot throatier at lower rpms then my other one is.

That sounds much better, I wonder if there's a performance difference? Good job on the custom mufflers, I was considering making a pair of Borla knock offs at work for my Mustang. This gives me a bit more of a desire to do so.

I doubt that it gives any more power than before because its all dictated by the amount of holes inside the pipe, and the smoothness of the bends in there and what not, all the packing material is going to do it reduce the noise.

I'd keep the stock, it sounds nice and the car is still fast with it.

Stock? 3 catalytic converters? that thing chokes everything even the stock port. I'm sure it wouldn't do any good with a street port.
