Why care about these animals? Why should we as humans, not experiment on animals? Should we all then become vegans?

I am taking bioethics and my professor is making us watch this. I am glad I did.

Also, does anyone notice that these baboon have had their fangs pulled out? I guess that's something they used to do, but it sure must have been painful to it. I said before that I'd have to wonder who the hell would design a unti that had to be hammered off. I reviewed the original footage and discovered that they used an epoxy-type mixture to actually cement the head in the device. Now how did they figure they'd have to get it off?
Makes no sense to me, just to make something suffer.

Left unattended? Who was working the camera? I can not understand how anyone could do this. What makes me just as mad is when the narrator or who is ever editing the vids lies or trys to make it look worse. It takes all the integrity out of the vid. You don't have to make it look worse, just tell the truth. That way no one has the "the tape is false" excuse.
