Red Bud Industries Cut-To-Length & Multi-Blanking Lines up to .135" (3.5 mm) x 72" (1829 mm)

Red Bud Industries' Light Gage Cut-To-Length and Multi-Blanking Lines set the standard for accuracy and performance in the metals' service center industry. Red Bud Industries' Lines can process ferrous and non-ferrous material without marking at thicknesses up to .135" (3.4 mm) and production speeds up to 400 FPM (122 MPM).

Using our patented Grip Feed System in conjunction with our CNC Slitting Head, our Multi-Cut Blanking Lines can produce blanks with width and length tolerances of +.005" (.127 mm). Our lines can be configured to suit your needs with both side and end discharge Rollouts and Stacking Systems capable of running blanks up to 240" (6100 mm) in length and pallet weights up to 20,000 lb (9070 kg).

Throughput can be enhanced by the addition of several labor saving devices including our Coil Stage & Load System, PVC and Paper Applicators, Part Diverter/Part Sorter, and automatic Pallet Loader.
