To me, Congress but mainly the GOP is a party made up of smart people that take stupid positions even though they know better.
But i honestly think Bachman dosent know better. She actually believes the stuff that comes out of her mouth. I think she is actually a retarded person rather than a smart person pretending to be retarded to play to their base.
