After multiple phone calls to rude HSN CS reps and multiple emails where HSN demanded I contact UPS to resolve THEIR shipping problems I have received only an empty promise via email that my account will be refunded. Still after several days I received no refund and not heard from HSN again. Once they have your account number they will debit you as they wish. Beware of HSN thieves and empty promises.

Buy them from Sallys. HSN has the worst customer service; they will lie and fraudulently debit your accounts once they have your cc#. If anything is lost in the mail and you claim you did not receive it they will stop taking your calls for help. Never buy from HSN!
