Lester Allen - 30 Pills (lyrics)

Breathtaking, mind blowing, young artist, (might I add, very modest too) Lester J Allen, was given an opportunity of a lifetime to be a part of Goldie's band and perform in the prestigious 'Buckingham Palace' with other fantastic young musicians who are just as talented as he is. A troubled and dark past, Lester wrote 30 pills and I don't think it's quite hit him how much this song affects other people emotionally. His lyrics, his voice, both combined and it touches a person's soul. I'm pretty sure other teenagers can relate to his story and perhaps listening to this song, they will realize that, ''today's a day of life!'' So, I dedicate this amateur movie to the man himself. Lester Allen, thank you for giving other teenagers something to aspire to.

I don't think it matters why he attempted suicide. the beauty of the song is how ambiguous it is. Ok so the lyrics are pretty clear cut as to what happens, but it's so full of feeling and raw emotion that if you've ever experienced depression, lost a loved one or close friend, you can't help but connect. The message is in the transition, from despair to hope... I hope Lester comes Ireland. Goldie, PR team, manager, GET on it! We've a great band here to play support.
