Judiciary of Sri Lanka Conflict of Interests BAR Society

The Constitution of Sri Lanka is based on the concept of "checks and balances". The 3 main institutions Legislature, Executive and the Judiciary operate inter-dependently (checks and balances).

The Executive (president) and the legislature (parliament) are elected and empowered by the People of Sri Lanka (not citizens).
Judiciary is SELECTED, but NOT ELECTED, by the People of Sri Lanka.

Why?

Employees of the judicial have given oath to BAR (British Accreditation Registry).

They owe their allegiance and given their solemn oath in pledge to the "Crown Temple". They are the employees of 'The Crown' corporation (Crown Templar).

Clear conflict of interests!

The legal system (judiciary) of Sri Lanka is controlled by the Crown Temple from the independent and sovereign "City of London".

I think the panel should not be allowed to visit sri lanka. because if that would be allowed, it means the GoSL agreed with their accusations. If the panel want to visit sri lanka, the subject not be to investigate the fake war crimes.

How could interested parties (not people of Sri Lanka) benefit from removing or rather rearranging the deadlock?

The Chief Magistrate is selected by the President of Sri lanka. Is it means the Executive Present superior than the Chief Magistrate? Or is it means the Executive Power superior than the Judiciary?

People of Sri Lanka are forced to believe layers of fairy tales. Whatever way we interpret it to temporarily entertain us, we are in the loosing end. Try to decrypt the whole thing, until you get a sense of the 'ends (telos) and means' of the main story. I have done it for a certain extent.

'Jack and the Beans story' may be a quick antidote, but my focus is on presenting the decryption.

SriLAnka GAINED (!!) independence from Britiain in 1948 ..have u looked up the legal defintion of IN_dependence in a blacks law dictionary ...it doesnt say anything about freedom ..it bascially defines a franchise...

Srilanka head of State (head administrator of Crown eSTATE) after independence was the Queen till the republic was formed for HER..and whom she serves the Crown which is a vatican construct created in 1066..

There is something common in all of us, even the members of terror LTTE. That is, we all have an interest for Sri Lanka, but from different views.

Though I do not accept violence, I always welcome different views.

Revolution is not all about street demonstrations.

People (as the BOSS), must be intelligent to get control of the government, and to direct.

It is possible, if we patiently untie the knots, without further complications.

If you feel frustrated, or if you based your comment on factual reasons, whatever the case:

1. Do you know the limits of powers, people have given to the government?

2. Can people prove such complaints as unlawful or illegal?

3. What lawful actions can people take, if proven?

If you know the answers, you will not frustrate and/or continue complaining.

Ppl have given the sword to the king and he's using it chop off things against him...Monkey handling the blade...I accept that...Ppl have to be more intelligent but unfortunately they r not...If u look at the budget, it's obvious that the Gov is more concerned abt their luxurious life more than the education in the country..They want dumb ppl so they can rule forever...Their kids go overseas and study to back fill their father's seat...That's the reality..

@fonsidream Same answer from me...Get the actions done coz we all understand what's happening in SL is not right...But the problem is, Who's gonna initiate it? U ??? Buddha and all other Gods left SL long time ago..Now Mahinda saranam gachchami if u want to live or leave the country if u wanna pursue ur future like a man...We have gone beyond the limit and there's no come back...All we need is a big revolution like in Germany...But the Gov can destroy that before it starts..Now what???
