You have to be a youtube partner, and to be one of those, have 1000+ subscribers, and get 500+ views on your videos quickly after they're posted.
And, I meant just posting videogame cutscenes, chances are you wouldnt be able to make a legal agreement like they have, to be able to post just cutscenes.
And the user generated stuff they have, it's completely edited by the users.
