i have been offered a google adsense account for my youtube channel but i have used songs that i dont entirely own. Will i be allowed to using google adsense on that video ? ........help please? :)

You can enable and disable revenue sharing videos, so for the videos with songs you just disable them.

They have a legal agreement thing, you can check the site.

And, I meant just posting videogame cutscenes, chances are you wouldnt be able to make a legal agreement like they have, to be able to post just cutscenes.
And the user generated stuff they have, it's completely edited by the users.
