How long does it take to lose weight??
Online Personal Training with Kyle Hall wants to answer one of the most famous question regarding losing weight. "How long does it take to get skinny?" Well there are a million different ways to answer this question. But to put it in short... it really depends on your body, nutrition and your workouts. I see people far too often fail at a weight loss attempt. Then they get discouraged and stop trying. Chances are, they're doing things TOTALLY wrong. For starters... there are no quick fixes, MAGIC pills or any other means of losing weight that will make you drop 20 lbs in a week and keep it off. So get this idea out of your head. Now once you feel like you can start from scratch, understand that no ONE workout program will work PERFECTLY for EVERY person. Everyone has individual needs and no body is the same. So if you want a realistic number, 2-3 lbs of weight loss per week is PERFECT. Any more than this and you can begin to lose muscle and/or water-weight. Losing muscle results in a slower metabolism which means your body is burning less calories all day long. This will end in weight loss FAILURE. And guess what... you'll gain all of the weight(if not more) right back. So be patient. If you're losing 2-3 lbs per week... you're right on track.

Hi candygirl. sorry for the late reply. And for optimal hormone production... and intense workout should last no longer than 45 min to an hour. That's the rule of thumb I follow. If your rest periods aren't too long... and you're working hard enough.. You won't need any longer of a workout. ;P
