With its new 7545 RTS, DEUTZ-FAHR joins the rotary combine harvester sector.
Based on the separation of the crop by centrifugal force, the new 7545 RTS is much more efficient and productive than the traditional harvesters. Moreover, thanks to the rotary system, the combine harvester is much easier to adapt to operating conditions with a decidedly simpler and faster crop throughput.
The harvesting system is composed of a single rotor, measuring 3,150 in length and 750 mm in diameter, with a total harvesting/separation surface area of 2.64 square meters, and utilizes a feed roller and a straw extractor.
The rotors transmission is hydrostatic, guaranteeing greater safety, with the possibility of reversing the rotation direction if necessary.
Sieve ventilation is via turbines, which feed a double fall stepped sieve for optimum cleaning efficiency.
The new combine harvester is fitted with a 6-cylinder V DEUTZ TCD 2015 engine with a power of 450 HP. Four wheel drive is standard.
The 7545 RTS is fitted with a grain tank with a capacity of 9000 litres.
Comfort is guaranteed by a very spacious cab with curved windows, perfectly sound-proofed and with control of all the machines functions through a joystick and an on-board computer with touch screen functions.
