Robert Redford answers questions from the media at a press conference at the Egyptian Theater in Park City on Thursday January 19, 2012, to kick off the 2012 Sundance Film Festival.
@TheFilmShark Yeah.....I'm bummed out because I wanted to go to a 9 am movie at the Temple this morning but realized I'd have to be there at 7 am for the waitlist and the buses don't start running til 8 and you can't drive because they won't let you park. But I'm just a movie buff, not in the business. If I ever come again, I'll buy a package like I did before which cost around $800-$1000. You have to do that in advance though, like in November.
@PhyllisAndrews I applied for press credentials and the Sundance Press Office screwed me over big time. I'll never go back to this film festival unless I'm a filmmaker. Read my blog Phyllis to see how unprofessional Sundance treated me. Go to Examiner.com and type in my name under Google Search: Daniel De Lago
@TheFilmShark It's only easy if you buy the packages in advance. I used to do that but this year, I'm trying to get last minute tickets. I tried to see We're Not Broke tonight and I made the mistake of driving there. They would only let credentialed people park at the Temple theatre so I'm home looking at trailers on the computer instead.
Robert Redford was born in 1936 according to wikipedia - he's looking and sounding good for 76 years old I would say

I'm at Sundance right now. It is a nightmare getting tickets to premieres... a complete joke.
