For those wanting to know what this set up is. i'll list it

specs: jdm itr header, p&p head w/ multi-angle valve job, stock CTR cams, cam gears set to zero degree, ignition set to 18 degrees advance, vafc tuned for skunk2 stage2 cams, ericks chipped ecu, aem intake, GSR block w/ usdm standard itr pistons, itr fuel rail, b&m fpr, 270cc injectors, exedy clutch, aasco 9 lb flywheel, and STR throttle 68mm throttle body.

lol.. dude, those specs are completely wrong!!!! For starters, it wasn't even N/A!!! Reason I know is, cause I know the guy. John's car was awesome!! Too bad he's moved to bigger and better things.. I believe his lil bro has the car now, some vtec engine, with minor mods.... I've got pics and I believe vids to prove this to you too ;)

Hey bro I got an 89 DX coupe 2.0 Carb,light smoke seeps out of intake plenum with plastic off,and i also have an oil puddle in the front trans or motor mount even right after i whype it out,with engine on u cant see wear it comes from,wat could these be????im a tech myselfe but new to carb hondas,ima nissan guy...i know my head gasket may be slowly going out or is oil burning in engine??trailed oil is in my exhaust but no smoke...strange to me

@JDMRONZ Sweet ride dude! I know nothing of engine swaps, when replacing these, can you get any engine you want? I know Honda's new engines use electronic throttle so I was wondering if there are only specific engines you can put in a car of this age? Is there a lot of modification to the chassis or other parts between the wheels? Thanks for helping out someone who's clueless!
