The 2nd Amendment was established as freedom's guarantee. If we allow it to become meaningless, liberty itself will soon follow. The legendary Charlton Heston (National Rifle Association President 1998-2003) makes this point with unmatched clarity and power. http://www.LibertyPen.com

  • Charlton Heston should have run for president.

  • It does not matter whether Jefferson waws smarter than this judge or that judge, the only issue is that firearms are neccesary to secure freedom from tyrants. The tyrant is not intellient or wise enough to built a great nation where all enjoy a good standard of living...if he was then he would do so and enjoy the perks that come with being the revered leader of a succesful nation. America was built on the right to bear arms. Any judge who doesnt like it can go back to Germany.

  • The 2nd protects our other rights

  • @Tezcatlepocatl Ron Paul 2012

  • great wig

  • @Casshyr No one is safer when only law-abiding citizens are disarmed.

  • I used to be against the right to bear arms...i thought this would spark criminal activity..but then i look at country like Canada, which normal citizens cannot bear arms, yet i still see gun fights in downtown anyway...so obviously if a criminal wants to get a gun, they're gonna get it regardless of the law. So now I don't really care anymore.

  • Great defender of liberty. The gun and Charlton Heston

  • Charlton Heston has a great i would like to have his voice

  • @iAmAnonymoose that is why i am moving to amercia

  • @bosshog7169 Clearly, you have misunderstood. While Heston agrees that we all have a right to bear arms, he has never supported mandatory bear arms. He just wanted to legalize the procedure for those who might find it beneficial. That's the kind of thing a person can misunderstand if they don't watch the video.
