What's REALLY fun here is what TEXAS did! Their Marriage Amendment was missing a single critical word, and because of that the letter of the law now makes ALL MARRIAGE in Texas UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Yep! There's NO SUCH THING as a legally married couple in Texas! Not even of out-of-Staters just passing through!

Well, actually, depending on how strictly or loosely "similar to" is defined, it could be that it bans ONLY STRAIGHT MONOGAMOUS marriage, but ALLOWS GAY and POLYGAMOUS marriage!

Rainbows are not "made" they are simply the reflection (and refraction) of light through small droplets of water suspended in the air. Rainbows are certainly not a weapon or a reminder to god not to flood earth again...

To NOM: Your organization is pointless. We are in a recession economy, insead of pouring large sums of money into pointless commericals that just become a joke on youtube, why not try and actually do something constructive?

Ironically enough, the Defense of Marriage Amendments already passed by many states (INCLUDING UTAH!) and proposed for the USA as a whole are aimed JUST AS MUCH at Mormonism's doctrine of plural marriage (polygyny — yes, they haven't practiced it in a century, but they do still believe it to be a divine doctrine revealed to the Prophet Joseph Smith in D&C §132, and they believe that God can command or revoke it as He sees fit) as at same-sex marrage:

"Between A MAN and A womAn."
