No, the Gate of Magus is Zengar's original theme song from his first ever appearance. Zengar originally appeared as one of the Ancestors, the pilot of Thrudgelmir, thousands of years after the world's end in the post-apocalyptic Alpha Gaiden. Wodan is a crappy copy they came up with to prevent Zengar from being an antagonist two games in a row.
