    Yeah I linked in from Cracked.com. Don't think less of me for it. I am duly impressed by the fact that anyone can play this instrument, and play it well. I just don't like this particular piece. It's very disjointed and discordant. Perhaps that's the intent, but I still don't much like it.

    His fingerpicking--which showed up pretty late--was very cool. That's how that instrument should be played. His flatpicking bullshit was just dissonant and made the guitar look gimmicky. I'm sure he has better songs using this guitar. I'm also sure they're all in the same key, though.

    I agree. I got sick of it after 30 seconds, but stuck around because I scrolled down and saw your comment. The beginning is just a mess, but the fingerpicking is enigmatic.
