S: I cant believe grandma died

JA: Because that land has a high potential value for oil. Yes, we own all the hot spots for oil across America, Europe, and Antarctica. All except that small piece of land. If we were to own that piece of land our oil business would sky rocket! Sending us from billions to trillions! It is estimated that over 70 million gallons of oil are found in that hot spot.
N: Yes, I know, we always wanted that land, blah blah, ive heard it before. Your dad wanted it, his dad wanted it, you know we will never get it!
JA: This is where you play in, we know that girl has an intensified appeal for you
N: yes we know, it sort of creeps me out but I cant help but-
JA: And she is the new owner
N: (rolls his eyes) Now I know what you want me to do. The answer is no. How could you be so selfish? We have everything and you want to take away from a family that has nothing!
JA: You dont have to trick her into signing anything if you dont want to. But with how she feels for you I am sure she would sign anything you gave her. Just convince her into a trade, without speaking of it to her mother. Fill her head with words and make that land be ours. I am sure we could buy them a nice home and trade it for the piece of garbage they live in
N: So they have no idea of the value their land has?

MC: Nope, no idea whatsoever! All we know is that they want the land. The reason for such wealthy people wanting this land, I have no idea. But make sure, that under no circumstances you ever give our land to them. This land is Gomez property and will be forever!
S: Fine mom, its not like any of the Jonases (sighs) (thinks: Oh how I love Nick) would even think of talking to me

lol i ahve no idea wats going on bc i didnt read any of this and i didnt read this but i was reading the comments and people are all like no say no doesnt she know justin likes her and all that like i soap on tv :)) hehe cutee. but ill have to start reading them. seems like its good. :) you should use the song vanilla twilight in 1. and rainbow veins. if you know those songs by owl city theremy favoritee! :) there beautiful and wonderful my 2 fav songs but yeah anyway ill watch moree:)))))))))))
