I have quest?? uhmm,am I clear to add turkey ground beef to my meals?? also,I use olive oil a great deal of time,can that pose a problem diet wise??miracle whip on sandwhich?Sugar,in general,it's a natural product so when and why does it pose problems?? preservatives as well?

For a dangerously under weight person such as myself I keep it simple and change it up. I try to eat bacon 4 times a day, stick with ice cream, chips and chocolate. You can do little things like suck the jelly out of the donut and fill it with canned whip cream. You can put cream cheese on anything. Always double the cheese in recipes. Don't forget about foods in the gravy group. The gravy in a KFC family meal makes an excellent beverage for one. Beer, lots of beer. Egg nog instead of milk. ;)
