Here's the types of pitches in the video order: 4 seam, 4 seam, 2 seam, splitter, curveball, screwball, curveball, 4 seam fastball (&4 seam slo-mo). I am throwing from 70 ft from the backstops on flat ground, no mound. I would appreciate any advice on obvious corrections in my delivery and how I could gain velocity. Constructive criticism please. Thank you!

  • Agreed. Otherwise mechanics look pretty good. Tho at 0:26 you can see your elbows are higher than your shoulders which can add stress to your arm. Your release point would be hard to pick up for hitters.

  • You need to drive harder toward home plate dont leave your right leg hanging like dead wood bring it around hard to a full follow through in a squared up full closed possition. The more you drive with your legs the more velocity the less strain on your arm and the stronger you'll ber later in the game
