@billyk2373 sorry but i forgot to say, im just an author of that site and not admin, i think i do not have privelleges to upluad things, or isnt this? but i really do not get Upload/Insert buttons, thank you for ur reply.

I Dont Get Upload/Insert please HELP

- Put your cursor at the the beginning of the line where you want the image to appear - Next to the words Upload/Insert there are four buttons to upload different types of media, images, video, sound, other.
Press the image button to upload an image from your computer.
Add an "alt" tag
Decide on where you want the image to be positioned and what size.
Click the appropriate radio buttons
Press insert into post.
