@bubbatub777777777 Sam Harris addresses your feelings in a scientifc and realistic way. He explains why so many people "feel" god. Time magazine actually did an article on the "god gene". Excellent research for you.
If you look for something hard enough, you'll find it. That's why you believe that you've found god.
Good luck in your life. I hope you find truth.

@bubbatub777777777 Actually, you've come to the conclusion that it makes you feel better to believe that we are no accident.
-
@MrTimJr I know it sounds cliche but the reason why i no longer question him is because i have personally felt him. i thought people were stupid when they said that, then bam i felt it. its like being told wind doesnt exist after i have clearly felt it. i have never felt that in any other religion or Atheism. but i never felt that until i began to seek God. its very difficult to explain, and most christians or other monotheists are to egocentric Belief in God does not reconcile mankind WITH God
-
@MrTimJr Maybe. I also refuse to believe that my life really is an accident created by a fart in the universe and that my only purpose in life is to reproduce for the survival of the species. my beliefs are comprised of studies i have done on my own. preachers make me feel brainwashed lol and dont get me wrong, i have many times before questioned the existence of some guy in the clouds puppeteering our lives but after contemplating many years i have come to the conclusion that we are no accident
-
@bubbatub777777777 Wow, you are truly brainwashed. I'm sorry that you've been so misled that the truth is something you will probably never know.
There is ZERO proof of god my friend, unless you warp the meaning of the word proof into something that helps you sleep at night.
The universe is beautiful, amazing and fulfilling without god. Open your eyes.

@bubbatub777777777 It's not about forgiveness. Of course it could have happened to anyone. That's the point. Josh thinks that god helps him hit home runs, yet where was god when the man died from Josh's underthrown ball?
The answer? There is no god. Josh and many other people in this world are stuck in the past, believing in fairy tales. Josh pisses me off because he attributes all of his success to god, but when a man dies the horrific way he did from a thrown ball, where did god go?

Josh HUMBLEton:D

@MrTimJr Why do people ALWAYS have to talk crap about him?? If you're going to state your opinion can you do so by NOT calling him disrespectful names!? Grow up bro, thats kindergarten crap. I'm only offended cause I look up to him so much and then people like you bring up his past! THE MAN IS TRYING TO CHANGE give him a break. what happened with the ball could've happened to anyone. Even the guy's family forgave him. Why can't you?
-
Josh Hamilton, unintelligent moron #1, last night said that god told him that he'd hit a home run. This man is absolutely delusional and it's quite sad.
Josh, of course, did in fact hit a home run to give his team a 2 run lead in the 10th, only to blow it and lose in the 11th. I guess god is a Cardinals fan?
Too bad god didn't tell Josh NOT to throw a ball in the stands that killed a man trying to reach out for it, while his young son watched in horror. Funny how god works.
I have a man crush on him!

@MrTimJr There's more to God than saving people's lives. I can't tell you why God allowed this to happen because I am not God. God works in mysterious ways. Him trying to explain to us what his plans are would be like us explaining to an ant how a computer works. but there is reason behind everything he does. You should read Josh's book. It will give you an Idea on WHY Josh gives God so much credit. Dont be so quick to state that there is no God if there is still so much proof of his existence
