Nice to see an update...I met you at the Allentown meet and greet. I concur with you, that our lives don't revolve around WLS anymore. It just evolves. Some struggles remain, some are new. Relationships are a new frontier because the ground rules are different. Good video. You inspired me to make an update!

What a great update! The dancing sounds neat...sounds fun! It's great to hear someone who is farther out post-op, I'm 18 months post-op. I do updates, but not on weight loss anymore. I instead do videos about my exercise, I just documented my journey to running (and finishing) the Chicago Half Marathon in September. I think oldtimers should continue doing videos, just change the videos so they document where you are at on the journey :) Keep up the great work!
