In this video Anthony explains how making a commitment to focus on daily visualization is a key element in becoming an ex-smoker. Stopping smoking is a challenge not for the weak but this can be ocercome when the smoker clarifies through visualization what he or she wants to achieve and what life really would be like as an ex-smoker.

Its obvious now that you can vouch that everybody who smokes can become an ex-smoker right?

I have always said everyone can and we are the proof.Your comments are most welcome and I appreciate the time you take to write them and say hello. Would you like to share with us what was the biggest factor to your success? And how you maintained it in the beginning.

  • Smoking is bad to your health. With every puff you take, you fill your system with thousands of toxic chemicals. It is no wonder men and women wish to quit smoking, but it's extremely hard. I came across an effective method to quit smoking, youtube wont let me post it here so I put the link in my profile.

  • Thanks a log for sharing !!

  • One of my mom's friends died of lung cancer and after she was diagnosed she said quitting was a lot easier than she thought it would be. I've stopped and started so many times it's pitiful. I haven't had a cigarette in a week and it feels like I'm losing my mind. Chewing nicorette seems like it's not helping since I'm still dependant upon nicotene surging through my veins.

  • a few days short of being 5 months without a cigarette and absolutely without regret or objection. There were times where I thought I might not make it but I now feel free, I will never smoke again if only I had known then what I know now.. Again I thank you Anthony and all the people like you who helped me along the way to make it here. I'm still young and I'm glad to know I can grow old without nicotine in my life.

  • yes i made a true decision :-) my 1st anniversary is coming up shortly as well, i'm gonna do a vid on that day and post it. thank you guys for your support!

  • As always great video. I have been smoke free for 14 months now and I feel great, I have also lost over 50lbs which is also great. Instead of stuffing my face like alot of people do when they quit I got a gym memership and now I have a new addiction to excercise, lol!
