  • @TheLeilisa  any height is good for volleyball, the taller you are, the more likely you'll play front row.

  • @nigsplzz keep your elbows in, hands above your forehead, and only move your wrist unless; your setting FAR distances. lighty hit it with your finger

    (not as harsh so you dont "manhandle") practicee on a wall*

  • @nigsplzz try to play basketball with but use setting tehnics bealive me....and practice you fingers to become stronger
