  • @IBOUGHTYAMOM So from your very "interesting" comments i can assume you are a very strong grandmasterand know more about chess than every 1 else.

If not, dont act like anyone would care aout the things you say.

  • besides tal was much more of true chessplayer, even playing chess on cuba when having liver problems that could kill, him, lasker would be proud. not like bronstein crying, or seirawan instead of becoming a stronger player, giving up and selling his soul to chessbase.but still we should mention alekhine,to his dead met nostronger player..... l

  • his words would have had more weight if he had not get smacked like a pussy by beliavsky. i dont know if he were the person to recognize it even if it were true. what did bobby say? he was always honest when talking bout other players...i personally think bobby and morphy had the greatest influence on chess...also bronstein was a crybaby

  • the chessbase magazine sux, its not even a few pages... get new in chess oe inside chess

  • I first met Bronstein 1990 in Isafjordur. He visited us for 1 week, great person and player. He was specialy interested in that I had a copie of the whole chess story until that time. When he came again here to Iceland he always visited me. Great person and artist of the game.

  • Bronstein worked wonders on the chessboard, that's for sure.

  • I had this chessbase magazine, where yasser described his 3 encounters with korchnoi, ivanchuk and bronstein. 3 great stories. Unfortunately my mom threw that chessbase disc away i no longer have them. Yasser is a good story teller.

  • He had such a swashbuckling / romantic style that thrived even against the high standard of defense of modern chess. It's a real treat to go through his game analysis of any game.

  • Bronstein Browne 1990 Reykjavik

    wonderful game, great vid

  • Great story! Now I am off to look for the game on the net.
