We were fascinated watching these being made - She would pour the dough in and make both the tops and bottoms, then scoop a filling in between before closing them up. The fillings were aduki bean, chocolate, custard or pork. The designs on top of the buns distinguish between the different flavors.

  • I reall want to try this, I tried it with just plain flat dorayaki and put any jam in the middle, it was good but i want to try it like just like this how thick the waffles are. Im trying to find something that I can cook waffles in but circle and thick but I cant find one. My mom had egg boler, it looked like normal pan but had another removal layer , it was kinda a steamer cause you put water in the bottom then place the removal layer and cook eggs.any i deas what i can use?
