so im going to the world series and im around pong alot, but the kid with the dark polo on, i know you can lean i do it myself but i thought your foot cant lean unles its part of your shot, he starts his shot and stops and hes balancing on one foot, you foot cant leave the ground unless your taking your shot right?

This used to be a rule in both WSOBP and MDBP rules but it was removed because it became almost as difficult as the elbow rule to enforce. Some people lift their foot as a follow through and it's hard to judge. So you are allowed to lift your foot before you shoot but most players don't.
