Really tough to get past the 2 mutants without killing them or without using a health pack. I picked up the Eagle ammo for the final level. Then back at the junction, I did a crawl corner bug to reach the upper mine cart quicker. I dont know why Lara hits her head on the ceiling, but its still faster than going up the regular way.

I ended up not needing the small health pack, stupid mistake. Saving twice in the water gets you to the exit without any health loss. One save would still require 1 or 2 health packs.

I'm not that familiar with the game, although I have beaten it recently, but I have to ask, isn't the point of getting the winch and battery so Lara can enter the Diving Capsule to warm up? If so, then since you never went into the capsule, why did you have to acquire the winch and battery? Couldn't you have just went straight to the upper path and through the water like you did?

I'm not sure of that, but in PC version you can go really faster if you don't get the crank and the battery: Just jumping on the water and using medipaks. Of course, you need do this in an individual speedrun, picking up some 20 medipaks. Or you can save and load a lot.
