After seeing several videos of this, it needs much lower gearing. It looks like each axle has its own motor, and at times on axle is stalling out while the other is turning. If you drop the gearing down 50-75%, it will crawl a whole lot better.
Passik, I've seen a couple of your video's of this monster, nice truck. Put some weight on the front axles or in the front tires, you will see a great improvement with tire grip
