I met him. He's a real nice guy. If he was full of himself on stage...YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE. lol It's called swaggar, stage presence. If you're gonna be up there...Act like you own the stage. And he owns that motherfucker. No harm in being "full of it" when you can back it up.

@FearLessPower Yes, it is seen a crime to move to the music in our country. People tend to freeze at concerts, thinking "OMG, I'm so in style, I payed 50 euros for the ticket to this fantastic concert of the artist I hadn't heard of before, I must behave like I don't care so that everybody thinks that im an expert not just an ordinary music enthusiast."

I first heard Kurt Elling on one of those cd scanners at Barnes And Noble...you know...where you can listen before you buy? Anyway, I didn't like him at all. I thought his voice was too straight and plain. I thought he had no soul. At the time, I was digging Frank Sinatra. Then I saw Kurt live at Jazz Alley in Seattle. Holy shit man! That's when I Got It.
