Before we begin, I would like to thank the Lord Jesus Christ for my life, and all the gifts which I've been given in it, including the ability to make this extension. Your name be glorified, my Savior, even in something as small as this. Amen.

If anybody can tell me why or how the term 'migrant bird' became so inextricably tied to the Wild Arms series, would you be so kind as to let me in on the joke too? Until then, Amateur Extension Theater 2000 continues its trek through the wasteland planet of Filgaia; I'm your dreamchasing bird-scoundrel of a host, Alkahest.

Released in 1997 by Sony, Contrail and Media Vision, the original Wild Arms would not only be the beginning of a moderately successful little gaming franchise. Criminally, less than a third of Michiko Naruke's compositions were made available on a single OST disc. It wasn't until 2006 that this was remedied with a complete OST release... but a few of the tracks from that initial disc were so awesome that they helped compensate for this fact. This here theme, though, can only be found on the Wild Arms Complete Tracks OST. Quite a bummer, unless you own WACT. In which case, it becomes an instant score!

If you can say 'Marsh Where the Migrant Birds Gather' out loud without smiling or smirking even a skosh, then congrats, you are more resilient and disciplined a person than I. Anywho, this is a town theme heard in various places throughout the game, much like Rosetta Town, and .... you know, I can't remember any other names too clearly, sorry.

Although I prefer the ACF remade version, titled "Rows of Houses", this version has a definite charm to it. Sort of makes me envision a pioneer town with dirt packed roads, horse-drawn buggies, birds perched upon the rooftops, and characters scruffy, shady, and so forth going on about their daily lives without care. Michiko Naruke's style can be very engaging in that way, ya know?

Well, just one WA extension left. After that, the final countdown to my vacation begins, with a little Final Fantasy, Suikoden, and finally... well, you'll see soon enough. Hope you enjoy, friends; until next time.

I know birds are migratory by nature. I know some of them do indeed congregate at marshy areas. But... where does the 'scoundrel' part come into play? Arrgh, so many questions!
