Game footage of Tokimeki Memorial Selection Fujisaki Shiori, on PS1.

I'll show you on this vid two of this game features : the "Acchi Muite Hoi !" mini-game, and the Voice Collection.

The "Acchi Muite Hoi !" mini-game is basically a Jankenpon (Rock-Paper-Scissors) game, with a twist : to score a point, getting the good figure is not enough. When someone wins the advantage, the loser must point towards a direction. If the winner looks at the same direction the loser points out, THEN the winner will score the point.
Of course, if you're making a figure too late, you get a penality, in the form of Shiori automatically winning a point.

I'm showing you two rounds of this mini-game, one where Shiori wins, and one where I win. They're also a good example of how quick or long the rounds can be, depending on your luck.

Each time you manage to win a round, you'll unlock a CG, viewable at the mini-game's starting screen. There's 10 of them to unlock in total.

The Voice Collection is a collection of all Shiori lines in Tokimeki Memorial 1. There's a lot of them, so I only show you some of them.

  • I have no idea what this game is but it looks really, really boring and the sounds are extremely repetetive, and thus annoying. If you want to spend your time playing rock paper scissors, do it with a friend, and in the process, you won't be driven insane. Unless of course your friend is just as annoying as this girl.

  • @MrMonkeypooface

This Rock-Paper-Scissors IS repetitive. Why do you think I haven't played it since I've done this video ? Dunno if you bothered reading the vid's title before berating me, but this is a GAME SAMPLE.

  • Whole picture with feeling here

student life is best of the life because your dream begin there...

  • If you wanna ask me, High School life is overrated. Immature pupils, bullying (ijime) problems, and more... Games basing themselves on High School life are generally fictional idealized versions of the real thing. Personnally I didn't kept good memories of my HS life, and in Japan, a lot of university students I asked the question told me they didn't either (and for the note, they weren't otaku or hikikomori). Tokimemo and such games are cool, but we mustn't forget they idealize the setting.

  • Hello again...

Wow... "Tokimeki Memorial Selection: Fujisaki Shiori"

An "Omake" from Tokimeki Memorial ~ Forever with you, because has a Shiori's photo-album, a mini-game of Jankenpon and two videoclips.

Shiori is the better of all Tokimemo series. Mami Kingetsu had 32 years-old, but has a great voice for 16 years-old girl (14, 16 or 17?) which regards me to Mariko Kouda, another seiyuu and singer at the moment.

  • Shiori's age range from 16 to 18 depending on the school year, as she's a High School student. She can be a little older as well (by one or two years) if we count TM Taisen Puzzle Dama & Tokimeki no Houkago's endings as canon.

Mariko Kouda, AKA the seiyuu of Madoka in the Twinbee series, you mean ? Agreed, she has a great voice, especially for characters sounding young, and is a great singer ("Twin Memories" became an instant favourite for me ever since the first time I heard it).

  • @AceNoctali I didn't, but have mercy. I had nothing better to do than attempt to repair my extremely low self esteem by belittling someone's youtube video.

  • student life in tokimeki memorial maybe only dream because nowdays too busy with everthing and alot of problem. but keep in mind, alot of happiness can come while do as your dreaming. that why i love tokimeki. i can do as i dream before. and my student life just like tokimeki memorial. i'am so lucky :D

  • Talking about Kouda's "Twin Memories", i have the complete album "Twinbee Vocal Paradise", and my favorite songs are: "Bokura no Suteki" (Op. from Twinbee Yahoo!), "Harmony ~ Remix" and "Magical Melody".

In my doujinshi, the second protagonist Mai Shizuoka (I'm the first protagonist, as Gabx Yamashida) is highly based on Shiori Fujisaki, but mixing her personality with other characters from various animes. (Mai-chan is the light-brown long-haired, and now short-haired, girl in the video)

  • No, I just had REALLY bad luck then. Ha ha ^^''''

Sounding like an old woman ? Granted, Mami Kingetsu is not that young nowadays, but this game was released on 1997, a mere 3 years after the original TM1... And the voices in the Voice Collection are directly ripped from TM1, so... Personnally I don't have this feeling, but that's just me.
