The New York Restoration Project is the leading force working to make the Harlem River a joy for all. The annual Harlem River Festival showcases the monumental achievements of the organization's gardening and waterfront design programs, reveals what a wonderful learning laboratory the estuary can be, and builds a constituency for future progress.
