Randy James is preparing for the Zombie apocalypse. Randy's European cousin Johan is sick of being stuck in the house and wants to get amongst the Aussie culture so he and Randy go out to hit the pubs. Karl and Jay-Jay are bored and try to fill in the time with some classic games. At a house party Randy-James and Johan stumble across a shocking secret that will change the house forever.

Room 4 Rent is the story of three housemates and their crazy adventures. Karl is a suburban rich white guy who wants to be a rap star. Jay-Jay has some major family and anger management issues. Randy James is a care free, drug taking, mayhem causing lunatic and when teamed up with his European cousin Johan there is no telling what will happen next. Welcome to the world of Room 4 Rent.
