Great speech. You are right! Cities have to find way how to encourage people to use public transport. Widening of streets won´t solve traffic problems. Public transport and also bike infrastructure can bring solution. Cars require ten times more space and produce more emissions which effects global warming! I´m very happy that NY realized it and is greening the city! Create more pedestrian zones and continue to improve conditions for environmentally friendly transport.
