Well, I remember reading somewhere that the California is supposed to emulate a Mesa Boogie type sound. Blink used Mesa Boogie amplifiers so it could probably put you in the ballpark.

They use Mesa Boogie rectifiers with lower gain then metal bands....
Could this pedal do something in that direction?

thanks! as for the eq pedal: i'm pretty happy with it. i havent done any a-b testing comparing it to the boss ge 10 (which it is obviously "modelled" after), but it does what it's supposed to do. it doesnt add any noise, sliders are quiet and so on. if you like i can do a demo video showcasing just the eq pedal?

@kekezeboss69 c'est juste un riff que j'ai inventé une fois. Quelque mois après, j'achete "scream aim fire" de BFMV, et ils utilisent le meme riff dans la dernière chanson :) J'ai enregistré un song avec le meme riff, je t'envoie un link.
