I'm not bashing out Metallica whatsoever, nor I am defending Megadeth... these are just FACTS. Metallica is essentially "better" because of their multimillion contract deal!

Mustaine wrote that bit of Call Of Ktulu when he was in Metallica, just like pretty much all of the material on Kill Em All and a few more Ride The Lightning... he told Metallica NOT TO USE HIS SONGS/RIFFS and they still did, Dave just used the material that was rightfully his, trust me, Metallica admitted it, thats why Dave Mustaine gets a writing credit on Call Of Ktulu.
